Huntingdon Drug Dealer Caught Smuggling Crack and Heroin in His Pants

    October 6, 2025No Comments2 Mins Read

A 19-year-old drug dealer has been sentenced after being found with over £1,000 worth of crack cocaine and heroin concealed in his pants.

In June 2023, neighbourhood officers on patrol in Huntingdon stopped a Citroen on Wertheim Way. The back-seat passenger, Dodou Manneh, was found carrying cannabis, a mobile phone, and more than £1,000 in cash. A further search in custody uncovered 43 wraps of crack cocaine and 27 wraps of heroin hidden in his underwear.

Earlier, on 30 January, Manneh had been stopped in Bridge Street, Peterborough for an unrelated issue. He handed over his mobile phone, which was later identified as a deal line for a class A drugs operation in Peterborough, used to send bulk messages offering crack cocaine and heroin for sale.

At Peterborough Crown Court on Thursday, 2 October, Manneh, from Hanbury, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, was sentenced to three years in a young offenders’ institute after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin and possession of criminal property.

PC Chester Lewis, from the Huntingdon Neighbourhood Team, commented:

“This was a great example of proactive policing leading to a significant arrest. Drugs cause real harm in our communities, and we will continue to target those who seek to profit from them. ”
